Hi — I’m Coco.

For the past several years I’ve helped creative teams, producers and touring organizations run complex international projects more smoothly. I proudly started in live production and touring, and now focus on practical, human-focused international operations: resolving cross‑border payment and compliance hurdles, planning contingencies and conducting operational readiness audits and risk assessments, and managing logistics like visas, freight and local supplier coordination — all with an emphasis on open communications, considerate cross‑cultural working practices, and keeping people well while the work gets done.

Curiosity drives everything I do: uncovering overlooked opportunities, solving nuanced problems, and shaping creative frameworks.

Coco Baulch is a Europe-based Creative Operations Strategist and Touring Finance Consultant. She has worked globally across cultural production, hybrid teams, and entertainment finance. She now offers freelance services for international business operations advisory and Start-ups. Clients include NBCUniversal, Paramount+, Live Nation APAC, and Beach Road Pictures. Known for clarity-led systems, internationally mobile work, and burnout-resistant ops.
